Job Description:

Senior Change Manager to oversee the development and execution of the change and communication strategy for a major Finance and Payroll transformation, which includes a significant ERP component. This is a 6-month contract with option to extend, requiring deep expertise in managing change across large IT and Business transformation programs. You will provide expert change and communication guidance, ensuring all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and fully understand the impact of the changes. The role will also involve leading a small team of change and communication professionals within the Finance and Payroll workstream.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implement the Change and Communication Strategy with a specific focus on the Finance and Payroll implementation
  • Manage change and communication deliverables, including conducting impact assessments, change design, and assessing change readiness
  • Lead and manage a small project team
  • Identify and assess potential risks and impacts for Finance and Payroll changes, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Manage communications during unexpected situations, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders
  • Support the design and implementation of training programs for end-users to effectively adopt new technologies and processes
