Job Responsibility:
Lead Change Capability: Leading the Change team as well as the overall change plan and activities for the Condor programme
Stakeholder Engagement: Stakeholder management, understanding needs and strategies to secure engagement
Change Impact Assessment: Drive the assessment of the impact of changes to processes, systems, governance and data
Communications and Engagement: Own and drive the delivery of the communications and engagement plan for business teams, ensuring these are tailored to audiences including change networks, managers and end users
Training and Development: Lead the Training Needs Analysis which will inform the design and delivery of training materials that support change adoption
Business Readiness & Hypercare: Support business readiness activities before, during and post go-live
Requirements:
APM Change Management practitioner or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in a Change Management role within a medium/large organisation
Strong knowledge of Change Management methodologies and tools with experience in delivering Change Management tools and capabilities within transformational programmes
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex organisational change initiatives
Strong stakeholder management, able to influence, secure buy-in, resolve conflicts & manage expectations at all levels
Excellent communicator, listener and ability to engage, building relationships at all levels
Collaborator, able to build and develop cross functional teams
Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to have:
Experience in the industry/sector is preferred but not required
Experience of working with third party implementation partners
