Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Activation IC (Senior Change Implementation Coordinator) in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. This role involves providing feedback and presenting ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with change implementation impact, developing communication and training plans, identifying and monitoring resolution of issues, and providing subject matter expertise.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with change implementation impact
  • Develop communication and training plans
  • Identify and monitor resolution of issues, escalating as necessary
  • Identify best practices and recommend new workflows and procedures
  • Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks
  • Provide maintenance support for project teams and assist in determining implementation strategy
  • Provide input to project manager and project teams on appropriate implementation strategy, methods, and plans
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to team
  • Interact with team, peers, management, and technology on implementation of strategy

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ years of Treasury Management experience in Service and/or Implementation
  • Demonstrate a strong focus on risk mitigation, attention to detail, and ability to follow documented procedures
  • Advanced Microsoft Office, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partners
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment

Nice to have:

  • 1+ years of Treasury Management experience in Service and/or Implementation
