Senior Change Implementation Coordinator

• Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with change implementation impact
• Develop communication and training plans
• Identify and monitor resolution of issues, escalating as necessary
• Identify best practices and recommend new workflows and procedures
• Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks
• Provide maintenance support for project teams and assist in determining implementation strategy
• Provide input to project manager and project teams on appropriate implementation strategy, methods, and plans
• Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to team
• Interact with team, peers, management, and technology on implementation of strategy
• Oversee the onboarding process for customers using Emerging Experiences products
• Coordinate implementation tasks
• Provide customer support
• Collaborate with external vendors for certain products

4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Experience with Global Payments & Liquidity products through Sales, Customer Service, Product, and/or Implementation
