Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Change Implementation Coordinator in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. This role involves providing feedback and presenting ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with change implementation impact, developing communication and training plans, identifying and monitoring resolution of issues, and providing subject matter expertise.

Job Responsibility:

Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with change implementation impact
Develop communication and training plans
Identify and monitor resolution of issues, escalating as necessary
Identify best practices and recommend new workflows and procedures
Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks
Provide maintenance support for project teams and assist in determining implementation strategy
Provide input to project manager and project teams on appropriate implementation strategy, methods, and plans
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to team
Interact with team, peers, management, and technology on implementation of strategy

Requirements:

4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience and knowledge of Lockbox product, operations, and servicing
Treasury Management products and services experience
Strong customer focus and someone who has demonstrated past achievements applying a customer mindset to shape strategies and action plans
Highly organized individual who can establish and successfully drive results against goals
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Nice to have:

Experience and knowledge of Lockbox product, operations, and servicing
Treasury Management products and services experience
