Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Activation IC for Emerging Middle Market. This role supports product builds on Core Treasury Management products and works with multiple Lead ICs on customer requests.

Job Responsibility:

Support product builds on Core Treasury Management products
Work with multiple Lead ICs on customer requests
Ensure that products are completed according to established timelines
Collaborate with downstream partners on implementation tasks
Utilize a multitude of systems and processes to perform product builds
Ensure customer implementation data is accurately captured and recorded, and services are correctly set up
Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings
Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues

Requirements:

4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
1+ years Treasury Management experience in Service and/or Implementation
Demonstrate strong focus on risk mitigation, attention to detail, and ability to follow documented procedures
Advanced Microsoft Office, Outlook and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Previous project management experience
Legal document review experience
Ability to exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partners
Familiar with banking terminology
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment

Nice to have:

1+ years Treasury Management experience in Service and/or Implementation
Previous project management experience
Legal document review experience
