Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Change Implementation Consultant responsible for determining and communicating the scope of testing for functional changes, creation, and execution of test cases for both manual and automation, identification and resolution of functionality defects as part of the Agile project methodology for Loan Origination and supporting systems. This role will coordinate production validation of functional changes with Line of Business (LOB) users by creating checkout scripts, preparation of LOB users for expectation as well as triaging and tracking functionality defects. Provide leadership, mentorship, and day-to-day guidance to less senior team members to ensure effective execution of responsibilities and adherence to best practices.
Job Responsibility:
Participate in complex initiatives and identify, and implement opportunities for new processes to support requirements within change implementation
Apply project management methodology to facilitate complex implementations
Review basic knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account movement
Identify, and provide effective training methods
Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities
Present recommendations for resolving data, logistics, project support issues
Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools
Develop communication and training plans
Identify and monitor resolution of issues
Identify best practices and recommend new workflows and procedures
Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks
Provide maintenance support for project teams and assist in determining implementation strategy
Provide input to project manager and project teams on appropriate implementation strategy
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to team
Interact with team, peers, management, and technology on implementation of strategy
Collaborate and consult with peers, risk, compliance, and managers to resolve functional changes
Serve as a mentor
Requirements:
4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Nice to have:
Knowledge of project lifecycle
Understanding of quality assurance or user testing methodologies
Experience with user testing participation
Knowledge of Credit Application process for Small Business
Knowledge of Project and Defect Tools including Jira
Utilize AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot
