Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Change Implementation Consultant within the Transformation Execution group in Small & Business Banking. This role will be responsible for business implementation of tech-driven changes, specifically for ongoing nCino releases.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute implementation strategies through the facilitation of readiness activities
  • Lead and support multiple functional activities in support of business readiness activities
  • Lead projects that support transformation initiatives that contribute to the goals of the organization
  • Perform impact assessments through fact finding and data analysis requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues
  • Contribute to implementation strategy, methods and plans related to change implementation
  • Lead moderately complex projects, and implementation of strategy, and methods
  • Engage in action planning and execute action plan based on gaps or needs
  • Make recommendations on factors that may impact change adoption and sustainability
  • Research performance trends
  • Resolve data, logistics, project support issues
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, risk, compliance, and managers to resolve production issues
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Change Implementation experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience supporting technology and process changes from idea to execution
  • Ability to assess issues, make quick recommendations, and drive implementation and execution
  • Experience working cross functionally between the business and technology
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts in support of implementation execution
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Knowledge of Small Business Banking Products
  • Control management and/or RCSA experience
  • Support reporting activities including development of dashboards, progress reports, and ad hoc reporting needs
