Job Description:

A multi-disciplinary consultancy with a rapidly expanding CDM division is seeking a Senior CDM Principal Designer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and project types, whilst rubbing shoulders with prestigious clients and an always evolving portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee Principal Designer responsibilities across several concurrent projects
Liaise with design teams
Lead client-facing meetings
Ensure CDM 2015 compliance from concept through to completion
Embed design safety within fast-paced environments

Requirements:

NEBOSH Construction Certificate (required)
Tech IOSH (minimum)
Minimum 5 years' experience in a CDM or PD role (required)
Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 and relevant design standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Nice to have:

APS membership (preferred)
Design qualification (Architecture, Engineering or Surveying) (preferred)
