Job Description:

This is a senior position within a growing consultancy covering the South, Midlands, and North of the UK. The opportunity offers the chance to progress into leadership within a collaborative and supportive culture. Responsibilities include acting as Principal Designer across a variety of UK projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and infrastructure schemes while shaping the future direction of the consultancy's CDM function.

Job Responsibility:

Acting as Principal Designer across live schemes
Advising clients on their duties under CDM 2015
Leading on design risk management and compliance
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
Supporting, guiding and mentoring the wider CDM team
Playing a key part in shaping the future direction of the CDM function

Requirements:

Strong, proven experience as a CDM Principal Designer
The confidence to take ownership of multiple projects from day one
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience across new build, refurbishment and multi-sector schemes
A desire to progress into leadership as the team grows
