Job Description:

A Construction Consultancy seeks a Senior CDM Principal Designer to manage client relationships across scenic London developments, lead health and safety design integration, and guide design risk reviews. The consultancy offers autonomy, client trust, and collaboration within a friendly team environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 Regulations
  • Lead on all health and safety coordination across design stages
  • Manage and develop a trusted client account
  • Attend design meetings and monitor compliance from concept through to delivery
  • Offer leadership and mentoring to junior staff where needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a CDM Principal Designer role
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or similar
  • TechIOSH or higher
  • APS Membership
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage projects in a design-led environment
