Job Description:

A multi-disciplinary consultancy with architecturally led projects is looking for a personable and experienced CDM Principal Designer to lead within their Major Projects team. You'll work on memorable projects with a social team in a hybrid office pattern.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work directly with clients and design teams to deliver Principal Designer duties
  • Attending site visits
  • Managing project risk registers
  • Producing high-quality pre-construction information

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a CDM role
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate
  • APS or IOSH membership
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying (preferred)
  • Strong technical understanding of CDM 2015
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
