Job Description:

A multi-disciplinary consultancy, with Architecturally led projects, is looking for a personable and experienced CDM Principal Designer to lead within their Major Projects team. You will work on memorable projects, with a social team, in a Hybrid office pattern. This position involves delivering Principal Designer duties, managing project risk registers, and producing high-quality pre-construction information for new-build projects.

Job Responsibility:

Work directly with clients and design teams to deliver Principal Designer duties
Attend site visits
Manage project risk registers
Produce high-quality pre-construction information

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in a CDM role (essential)
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
APS or IOSH membership (essential)
Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying (preferred)
Strong technical understanding of CDM 2015
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
