Job Description:

A respected Construction Project Management and Cost Consultancy in Central London is seeking a Senior CDM Principal Designer to lead CDM compliance from design to delivery, support junior team members, and provide strategic input across client frameworks. This role also offers hybrid and remote working, a collaborative environment, and opportunities for career progression.

Job Responsibility:

Lead CDM compliance from design to delivery
Support junior team members
Offer strategic input across client frameworks

Requirements:

4+ years’ CDM/PD experience
NEBOSH Construction
Strong understanding of CDM 2015
Excellent communication and skills

Nice to have:

APS or IOSH membership
