A respected architectural and building consultancy is seeking an experienced CDM Principal Designer to take the lead on projects for some of their most valued clients. Renowned for delivering high-quality, detail-focused work, this practice offers a stimulating and rewarding working environment. You will be entrusted with overseeing prestigious developments while guiding and mentoring a small team. Job Responsibility:

Manage a diverse portfolio of projects
serve as both Principal Designer and Client Advisor
work in close collaboration with a skilled team of CDM and Architects
guide and mentor a small team
oversee prestigious developments

Requirements:

NEBOSH Construction
Tech IOSH (minimum)
APS membership (preferred)
Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
At least 4 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
Strong communication abilities
attention to detail
the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
