Job Description

A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy seeking a Principal Designer (CDM) to aid prestigious clients with Design Risk Management on iconic projects within Central London. This role is hands-on during the Design Stage.

Job Responsibility

  • Work directly with clients and design teams to deliver Principal Designer duties
  • Manage project risk registers
  • Chair Design team meetings
  • Produce high-quality pre-construction information

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a CDM role
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate
  • APS or IOSH membership
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying (preferred)
  • Strong technical understanding of CDM 2015 and Design Safety Principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
