Job Description:

An established, fast-growing multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior CDM Principal Designer to join their ambitious and high-performing team. This role provides autonomy, project variety, and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, team-driven environment. The consultancy works with major blue chip clients and offers exposure across multiple sectors including commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, and public sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Leading design risk management under CDM 2015
Acting as Principal Designer across multiple sectors
Providing clear, practical and compliant advice to major clients
Managing your own diary and workload with full autonomy
Working closely with architects, designers, contractors and client teams
Supporting the development of junior team members
Helping to shape the future processes and structure of the CDM function

Requirements:

Leading design risk management under CDM 2015
