Job Description:

A CDM specialist consultancy is seeking a motivated Senior CDM Principal Designer to advance their career in Design Risk Management. You will work with London sporting institutions and prestigious high-street clients, managing client accounts. The role offers a professional and energetic office environment with projects within the M25, ensuring a great work-life balance.

Job Responsibility:

Fulfill the dual responsibilities of Principal Designer and Client Advisor
Collaborate closely with an experienced in-house team of CDM Principal Designers

Requirements:

NEBOSH Construction
Tech IOSH
APS membership preferred
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Engineering, Surveying, or Health & Safety preferred
At least 4 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
Strong communication abilities
Attention to detail
Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:
