Job Description:

A forward-thinking built environment consultancy is recruiting for a Senior CDM Consultant to join their Huddersfield team. The role will focus on major projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, retail, industrial, and residential.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the Principal Designer process
Facilitate design risk workshops
Produce pre-construction information
Ensure full compliance with the CDM Regulations
Engage with clients
Drive health and safety strategy
Contribute to the safe delivery of complex projects

Requirements:

NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
IMaPS or CMaPS status
Strong working knowledge of design and construction risk
Experience in consultancy-led CDM roles
Clear communicator with confidence managing stakeholder expectations
