Job Description:

Join one of the region’s most forward-thinking consultancies as their next Senior CDM Consultant, working within an expanding CDM and H&S division. This firm offers outstanding project variety, a flexible working culture and the chance to genuinely influence the future direction of their CDM offering. As a Senior CDM Consultant, you will be given full responsibility for your clients, your projects and your technical approach.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver Principal Designer services on commercial and industrial projects
Support project teams with design risk management
Generate new business opportunities through excellent client service
Provide expert CDM advice and training to internal teams
Review contractor documents, RAMS and design packages

Requirements:

Solid experience in CDM / Principal Designer roles
NEBOSH Construction or equivalent
Strong understanding of the design process
Confidence managing clients and leading discussions
Ambition to grow a CDM function and mentor junior staff
