Senior CDM Consultant

• Take the lead on a wide variety of projects across commercial, residential, and public sectors
• Work with well-known clients and ambitious design teams
• Deliver excellence in health, safety, and design risk management
• Act as a trusted advisor guiding clients through the design process
• Identify risks early and find practical, proactive solutions
• Become a real partner in the design and delivery of projects

• Proven experience as a Senior CDM Consultant or Principal Designer within a consultancy environment
• In-depth knowledge of the CDM Regulations 2015 and design risk management
• NEBOSH Construction or equivalent H&S qualification (TechIOSH / IMaPS desirable)
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead client relationships
• A proactive, solutions-driven approach and a genuine interest in design safety
