Job Description:

A leading consultancy is seeking a CDM Consultant to join its Manchester team. The role involves delivering Principal Designer and CDM Advisory services across various sectors, ensuring compliance, managing risk, and promoting best practices in design and construction safety.

Job Responsibility:

providing CDM advice and Principal Designer support across diverse projects
reviewing design risk assessments and construction phase plans
liaising with designers, clients, and contractors to promote a culture of safety and compliance
visiting project sites and contributing to H&S strategy at both pre-construction and delivery stages

Requirements:

NEBOSH-qualified or equivalent
proven experience delivering CDM and Principal Designer services
excellent communication and client-facing skills
a proactive, commercially aware mindset with the confidence to lead from the front
