Job Description:

A fast-growing, independent consultancy is looking for a Senior CDM Consultant to strengthen their Southport-based team. Working on some of the region's most technically demanding projects across sectors including residential, commercial, retail, healthcare, education, and industrial.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver Principal Designer services
Advise clients on their legal obligations
Ensure safety is prioritised throughout design and pre-construction phases
Lead meetings
Prepare documentation
Communicate technical issues clearly

Requirements:

NEBOSH Construction Certificate (minimum)
IMaPS/CMaPS accreditation desirable
Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015
Experience working in a consultancy environment
Ability to lead meetings, prepare documentation and communicate technical issues clearly

Nice to have:

IMaPS/CMaPS accreditation desirable
