Job Description:

A forward-thinking built environment consultancy is recruiting for a Senior CDM Consultant to join their Huddersfield team. The role will focus on major projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, retail, industrial, and residential. This is a key role for a Senior CDM Consultant who enjoys engaging with clients, driving health and safety strategy, and contributing to the safe delivery of complex projects. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the Principal Designer process
  • Facilitate design risk workshops
  • Produce pre-construction information
  • Ensure full compliance with the CDM Regulations
  • Engage with clients
  • Drive health and safety strategy
  • Contribute to the safe delivery of complex projects

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
  • IMaPS or CMaPS status
  • Strong working knowledge of design and construction risk
  • Experience in consultancy-led CDM roles
  • Clear communicator with confidence managing stakeholder expectations
