Job Description:

Senior role where expertise in health, safety and design risk management is valued. Join a forward-thinking consultancy changing how clients think about CDM and risk management. Work with blue-chip developers, designers, and contractors across the North, offering true consultancy rather than tick-box assessments.

Job Responsibility:

Lead on diverse and high-profile projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments
Ensure design risk management and compliance with CDM 2015
Drive best practice and adding real value at every stage
Shape client relationships
Mentor junior colleagues
Influence how safety is integrated into design

Requirements:

NEBOSH Construction or equivalent qualification
Deep understanding of CDM 2015 and the role of Principal Designer
Background in design, construction, or H&S consultancy
Confident liaising with clients, designers, and contractors
Ambitious, commercial, and looking to step up into a more senior, visible position
