Job Description:

A fast-growing multi-disciplinary consultancy with a foundation in building surveying and architectural-led projects is seeking a Senior CDM Consultant to deliver CDM advisory services across a diverse portfolio, with access to hybrid working and professional development.

Job Responsibility:

Fulfilling Principal Designer duties
Maintaining project risk registers
Reviewing design risk assessments
Ensuring high-quality pre-construction information

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a CDM Consultant role
Design qualification in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying
NEBOSH Construction Certificate
APS or IOSH membership e.g TechIOSH or IMaPS
In-depth knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations
Confident communicator with strong coordination skills
