Job Description:

Senior CDM Consultant role with a dynamic, forward-thinking consultancy that partners with major developers, architects, and contractors on high-profile schemes across commercial, residential, and regeneration sectors. You'll be part of a thriving team that's expanding rapidly, where your influence will shape both projects and future company direction.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the delivery of design risk management and CDM advisory services across multiple exciting developments
Work closely with clients and design teams from concept through completion
Guide clients through CDM 2015 requirements while identifying innovative ways to enhance safety and buildability
Manage workload, develop client relationships, and mentor junior colleagues

Requirements:

NEBOSH Construction or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as a Senior CDM Consultant or CDM Advisor
Strong understanding of CDM 2015 and the Principal Designer role
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Proactive, confident, and looking for a consultancy that matches your drive
