Job Responsibility

Take ownership of high-profile projects from concept to completion
Acting as Principal Designer and trusted advisor to design teams
Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 while driving best practice
Influencing design decisions
Mentoring junior consultants
Client-facing role with technical expertise and people skills

Requirements

NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent qualification)
In-depth understanding of CDM 2015 and the Principal Designer role
Experience as a Senior CDM Consultant or strong background in a CDM / H&S consultancy role
Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
