Job Description:

A top-tier, multi-disciplinary consultancy in Leeds is seeking a talented Senior CDM Consultant to take charge of high-value commercial, healthcare, and education projects. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to deliver practical and effective CDM guidance alongside full autonomy and ongoing investment in your professional development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide CDM and Principal Designer services on a diverse portfolio
  • Review design risk and guide clients through compliance
  • Attend design team meetings and lead risk workshops
  • Manage your own workload and deadlines
  • Produce detailed, accurate safety and design documentation

Requirements:

  • Practical experience delivering CDM and PD duties
  • TechIOSH, GradIOSH or APS membership (or working toward)
  • Strong client-facing confidence
  • Knowledge across commercial and education sectors preferred
  • Ability to lead meetings and influence technical decisions
