Job Description:

A leading, well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy with offices in Birmingham, Leicester, and Nottingham is seeking a Senior CDM Consultant to join their expanding health and safety team. This opportunity is ideal for a driven individual looking to work across a diverse range of sectors including education, healthcare, commercial, and government-led developments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering CDM advisory services
  • Leading on Principal Designer duties
  • Mentoring junior colleagues
  • Engaging with stakeholders
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Embedding health and safety from project inception

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in CDM or Construction H&S
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
  • TechIOSH or above (essential)
  • APS Membership (IMaPS or CMaPS desirable)
  • Strong understanding of the CDM 2015 Regulations
  • Confident communicator with a consultancy mindset
