Job Description

A respected property and construction consultancy is currently recruiting a Senior CDM Consultant to join their Preston office. This permanent position offers the chance to work on complex projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, education, retail, and industrial sectors. As a Senior CDM Consultant, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, leading the delivery of Principal Designer duties and health and safety consultancy services. You'll be involved from early design through to handover, ensuring full compliance with CDM Regulations and promoting best practice in risk management.

Requirements

  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
