Job Description:

Senior CDM Consultant role in Newcastle for a progressive consultancy working with major developers, architects, and contractors to deliver practical, forward-thinking health and safety solutions on projects that shape skylines.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of diverse, high-profile projects across commercial, residential, education, and regeneration sectors
  • Advise on design risk management from concept through completion
  • Work directly with clients and design teams to ensure compliance with CDM 2015
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Play an active part in shaping how the business continues to grow across the North East

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of CDM 2015 and the Principal Designer role
  • Previous experience as a Senior CDM Consultant or experienced CDM Advisor
  • Confident with clients, proactive in approach, and commercially aware
  • Keen to join a consultancy that recognises and rewards performance
