Job Description:

Senior CDM Consultant role in Newcastle for a progressive consultancy working with major developers, architects, and contractors to deliver practical, forward-thinking health and safety solutions on projects that shape skylines.

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership of diverse, high-profile projects across commercial, residential, education, and regeneration sectors
Advise on design risk management from concept through completion
Work directly with clients and design teams to ensure compliance with CDM 2015
Mentor junior team members
Play an active part in shaping how the business continues to grow across the North East

Requirements:

NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of CDM 2015 and the Principal Designer role
Previous experience as a Senior CDM Consultant or experienced CDM Advisor
Confident with clients, proactive in approach, and commercially aware
Keen to join a consultancy that recognises and rewards performance
