Job Description:

An industry-leading consultancy is seeking a Senior CDM Consultant to deliver Principal Designer and CDM advisory services on major projects in the UK. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on landmark projects with a well-respected consultancy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 Regulations
  • Providing high-level CDM and health & safety advice to clients and design teams
  • Reviewing design risk assessments and construction phase plans
  • Managing client relationships and contributing to business development
  • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • CMaPS / IMaPS (or working towards) desirable
  • Strong experience in CDM / Principal Designer roles within construction consultancy
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
