In this role, you will be based at our global headquarters in Smørum and become part of a collaborative, international team operating across Denmark, Poland, and the U.S. We are looking for a Senior Category Manager who can provide expert guidance to countries on clinic lease agreements and maintenance/facility service contracts (Operations). Acting as a trusted advisor to key markets, you will develop clear guidelines and tools, deliver market insights, and support major negotiations to help drive consistent and improved commercial results.
Job Responsibility:
Leading the category strategy roadmap for all leasing and operations categories
Supporting cross‑Hearing Care initiatives to streamline, consolidate, and optimize the supplier landscape
Conducting category analyses, market screenings, e‑sourcing activities, and competitive tenders
Managing negotiations and supporting commercial decision‑making
Identifying opportunities for standardization and improvements in supplier performance
Requirements:
Commercial or technical university degree
Experience in procurement and category management
Significant experience in leasing, real estate advisory, retail expansion, and indirect procurement in a retail and international environment
Experience in collaborating with senior stakeholders across countries and categories
Strong capability in supporting negotiations, preparing commercial analyses, and identifying value‑creating terms
Ability to act as a credible business advisor to stakeholders across countries and functions
