Senior Category Manager - Batteries and PCBs

• Drive category strategy and support the strategic direction of the outsourced development and manufacturing scope
• Engage and build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure transparency, compliance and strategic alignment
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including market analysis, supplier identification, RFx processes, evaluation, and award recommendations
• Lead negotiations and support commercial decision-making
• Manage contracting and realize value from the supplier engagements
• Engage and support cost our activities in the Strategic Cost & Improvement Program
• Support the enhanced focus on procurement method, process, structure and strategy

• Commercial or technical university degree (or equivalent knowledge/experience)
• 7-10 years of experience in procurement and category management
• Solid understanding of procurement discipline and methodology
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Analytical thinking and effective communication
• Skilled in stakeholder and supplier relationship management
• Experience from the Electronics industry

Experience with product development, R&D, or the hearing healthcare industry
