  • Partner with insureds, brokers, and TPA’s to ensure fair, timely, and effective claims adjudication
  • Assess coverage, liability, and quantum to determine exposure and make informed decisions on claim strategy and reserve setting
  • Prepare clear and concise reports, set reserves within authority, and make recommendations on reserve changes where appropriate
  • Represent BHSI at customer meetings, mediations, trials, and industry events as needed, upholding our commitment to service excellence
