Job Responsibility:

Managing a diverse portfolio of claims for corporate clients
working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders meeting Allianz’s service principles
determining liability and timely assessment of treatment requests
appropriately documenting claims decisions
developing and implementing claims strategies that deliver positive and sustainable outcomes

Requirements:

Experience as a Workers Compensation Case Manager or other personal injury lines
excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a customer focused approach
ability to handle difficult situations and resolve complex situations in a timely manner
proactive with the drive to learn and develop skills
excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt when changes occur
