Job Description:

We’re building our team and looking for our next cohort of Senior Case Executives to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team at Optima Legal. You’ll be supported by technical trainers, backed by legal-tech innovation, and empowered to deliver real impact. This is more than a case handler job, it’s a springboard into conveyancing, a role that matters, and a team that backs you.

Job Responsibility:

Own and manage complex remortgage cases
Work closely with customers, lenders, and solicitors
Solve problems, progress applications, and manage escalations
Help shape our customer journeys
Support junior team members along the way

Requirements:

A couple of years’ experience as a Senior Case Executive handling complex remo cases
Solid Remortgage experience
Sale and Purchase experience is an advantage
Strong understanding of UK property law, remortgaging processes, and lender requirements
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and GDPR
Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.
