We’re building our team and looking for our next cohort of Senior Case Executives to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team at Optima Legal. You’ll be supported by technical trainers, backed by legal-tech innovation, and empowered to deliver real impact. This is more than a case handler job, it’s a springboard into conveyancing, a role that matters, and a team that backs you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and manage complex remortgage cases
  • Work closely with customers, lenders, and solicitors
  • Solve problems, progress applications, and manage escalations
  • Help shape our customer journeys
  • Support junior team members along the way

Requirements:

  • A couple of years’ experience as a Senior Case Executive handling complex remo cases
  • Solid Remortgage experience
  • Sale and Purchase experience is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of UK property law, remortgaging processes, and lender requirements
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and GDPR
  • Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.
