Job Description:

Are you passionate about care? Are you naturally organized with a genuine enthusiasm for the people we support and care for? Can you lead by example and manage your team effectively and efficiently through excellent communication, appropriate behaviour, and being able to carry out staff training, assessments and disciplinaries? Are you able to work on your own initiative to maintain comprehensive records in-line with CQC requirements? Are you fully trained in the administration of Medication, completing Audits, Mar Charts, Cream Charts, Care logs, Care Plans and Risk assessments? Requirements:

  • Passionate about care
  • Naturally organized with genuine enthusiasm for the people supported and cared for
  • Able to lead by example and manage team effectively through excellent communication, appropriate behaviour, and ability to carry out staff training, assessments and disciplinaries
  • Able to work on own initiative to maintain comprehensive records in-line with CQC requirements
  • Fully trained in administration of Medication, completing Audits, Mar Charts, Cream Charts, Care logs, Care Plans and Risk assessments
  • Driving Licence and own car preferred
