A key role to support learners in grade 11-12 in planning their academic and career pathways, and to guide them through a smooth transition to university.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct Psychometric & Aptitude Tests to help learners identify strengths, interests, and suitable career paths
Provide 1:1 Counselling from Grades 8–12 to guide subject selection, career planning, university/course selection, and application strategy
Organise Career & University Events, including expert talks and university fairs, to support career exploration and admissions readiness
Build Partnerships with universities, industry experts, and institutions to enhance career guidance and exposure
Support Application Process, including essays, personal statements, and coordination of transcripts and recommendation letters
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (min 60%)
8+ years’ experience, with at least 5 in career counselling & university guidance
Expertise in global university admissions, including SOPs, essays, and personal statements
a Master’s qualification is a strong advantage
