Senior Care at Home Worker

• Supervise other Care at Home Workers
• Provide support with daily living tasks and help around the home
• Provide care needs as based on individual care plans
• Personal care – help with getting in and out bed, washing, bathing and dressing
• Overseeing medication
• Housework – help with tasks around the home, such as laundry, vacuuming or preparing light meals
• Medication – maintain accurate notes and records

• Previous experience in the care sector and working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community
• Holds an SVQ in Health and Social Care or relevant qualification
• SSSC registration will involve working towards an SVQ in Health and Social Care if not already held
• Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills
• Possesses basic IT skills (use of tablets and laptops for rota planning, note taking, incident reporting, taking online training, etc.)
• Must reside in the UK and already have the right to work documents

Previous experience is preferred but not essential
