We are currently seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support. Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver outstanding care in line with residents’ care plans
  • Supervise and support care staff, promoting excellence and teamwork
  • Administer medication safely and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor residents’ wellbeing and liaise with families and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain confidentiality, uphold dignity, and ensure a safe environment

Requirements:

  • Previous senior care experience (care home experience preferred)
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable)
  • Confident in leading a team and administering medication
  • Compassionate, reliable, and professional
