Job Responsibility:

  • Caring for older people in their own homes
  • Supporting the care team to maintain high standards of care practice through conducting spot checks, competency checks and observations
  • Supporting the Care Manager in operating the on-call system
  • Providing leadership and in-field training & supervision to new members of the care team

Requirements:

  • Previous care experience
  • UK driver's licence
  • Over the age of 18
  • Access to a vehicle
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references

  • Assist with ensuring that bedrooms and communal areas are properly cleaned and maintained and adequately heated in accordance with the requirements
  • Ensure that you maintain the Environmental Cleaning Schedule and checklist found in the Infection Control and Cleaning File
