Job Description

Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Care Supervisor to work in their well performing Residential home based in the Garforth, Leeds area. This home provides care for Respite, Residential Care. The successful candidate will need to have 2 years previous experience of working in a residential home environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and motivate a team of carers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in health and social care, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a care home
  • Ideally experience of working at a senior level in a care home
  • Experience of using MS Word and Outlook (Essential)
  • Level 2 in Adult Health and Social Care, or equivalent, (Essential)
  • Working towards Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent
