Job Description:

Full-time night position playing a key role in ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable and well-supported. Contributing to a calm and nurturing environment while supervising night staff to maintain consistently high standards of care. Helping coordinate effective communication, uphold regulatory requirements and ensure residents’ wellbeing remains central.

Job Responsibility:

Place residents at the heart of care delivery, ensuring their wishes shape all support provided
Supervise and guide night staff to maintain a compassionate and efficient service
Promote and protect the wellbeing of every resident, responding swiftly to safeguarding concerns
Build positive working relationships with colleagues, families and external professionals
Support multidisciplinary collaboration to enhance residents’ quality of life
Maintain accurate records and uphold all standards linked to regulatory compliance
Lead by example, acting professionally and respectfully at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience within a residential or similar care setting
Confidence supervising staff and supporting a team
A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
A commitment to ongoing training and professional development
Willingness to work towards further role-relevant qualifications
Experience with medication management and CQC requirements is essential
