Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant (nights) to professionally and thoughtfully deliver care during any span of duty, ensuring that a safe, effective and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of our residents. To provide care to residents in accordance with their individually assessed needs to a high standard.

Job Responsibility:

Professionally and thoughtfully deliver care during any span of duty
Ensure that a safe, effective and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of our residents
Provide care to residents in accordance with their individually assessed needs to a high standard

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3/Diploma in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
Experience of working with older people
Knowledge and use of clinical assessment tools e.g. Waterlow, MUST
Understand care planning processes and have experience of writing care plans
Experience of leading a shift
Good supervisory skills
Good organisational skills
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to contribute to, monitor and implement changes that improvement service delivery and outcomes for residents
Ability to plan allocate and delegate work appropriately
