Job Description

Our talented Senior Care Assistants lead our Care Teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion and resident dignity. Working closely with the Nurses or Deputy Manager.

Job Responsibility

  • Administering medication
  • Providing hands on, high quality Resident Care
  • Team supervisions
  • Developing, implementing and updating care plans
  • Adhering to CQC guidelines
  • Coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs

Requirements

  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Leadership skills with a hands-on approach
  • Fantastic people skills, supportive and great at communicating
  • Caring by nature with a genuine passion for making people’s lives brighter
  • Great team player
  • Adaptable, able to organise and prioritise varying commitments
