Job Responsibility

  • Caring for older people in their own homes
  • Supporting the care team to ensure high standards of care practice is maintained through conducting spot checks, competency checks and observations
  • Supporting the Care Manager in operating the on-call system
  • Provide leadership and in-field training & supervision to new members of the care team

Requirements

  • Previous care experience
  • UK driver’s licence
  • Over the age of 18
  • Access to a vehicle

Nice to have

Previous experience in roles such as Senior care assistant, caregiver, care home assistant, care worker, support worker, healthcare assistant, home care assistant, carer and care home worker
