We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Senior Care Assistant at Cliftonville Care Home in Northampton.

Job Responsibility

Support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care
Providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff
Monitoring the wellbeing of each resident
Being involved in the person-centred care planning process
Supporting residents with their medication requirements
Undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development
Acting as a key point for contact with residents, their relatives and visitors

Requirements

NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes
2 years’ experience working in similar care environment
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Positive attitude to both supporting and nurturing residents and staff
Responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities
