Senior Care Assistant

Dovehaven Care Homes are recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Millbrook House Nursing Home, Birch Street in Southport. Working four Days a week, 8am-8pm with every other weekend included, 44hr Contract available. Millbrook House is a Nursing home catering for up to 60 residents. The home specialises in EMI care, and our aim is to ensure all our residents feel as comfortable as possible. Our homes promote independence, dignity and respect through positive risk taking and empowerment. As the Senior Care Assistant, you will be tasked with managing the care team within the Home and ensuring that care staff are adhering to CQC guidelines whilst providing exceptional levels of care to residents. You will promote and deliver high standards of care and supervise and support less experienced staff to enable them to fully contribute to the care provided within the Home. Please note – There is a genuine occupational requirement as to why Female only applicants are needed, as you will be supporting females.
